Doña Julia Bombín's kitchen attracts diners who want to experience home-style Asturian cooking in Madrid. Hers is a cuisine that excels in autumn, when exquisite white Asturian beans, tender green vegetables with seafood, braised cheeks and shank of beef, and or boletus mushroom meatballs are featured. The wine selection is extraordinary, and you will find vintages produced by the Fernández -Bombín brothers (Julia's sons and the restaurant's managers) in the Sierra de Gredos or one of the mythical sherries from Equipo Navazos.
